Awesome dealership. Great Deal and Service. Mark and staff are a pleasure to deal with and Rick in Service is a credit to his profession. We drove from Pembroke for a great deal and a very thorough PDI. Worth the drive to North Bay! Lou and Lisa Hammill

I stopped in to check out some trailers with my wife last week. The lot was a bit busy so it took some time for someone to come to me but once they did, they apologized and made the experience extraordinary! Mark has such high energy and positive attitude and a lady named Hope was also absolutely fantastic. We aren't buying yet but now that we got our price, we are definitely going back to speak to Northern RV to get our trailer. The customer service was just phenomenal.

DO NOT BUY HERE!! Unless you plan on NEVER returning. The after sales service is utterly atrocious!! Once they sell you something, you might as well drop dead because they will NEVER help you with after sales service or warranty and the owner, Rick, will just tell you to F@%# off rather than try to make things right when you call him at the sunburn location! Run as far and as fast as can, and buy somewhere else!!!

I can only speak from my perception nonetheless I would recommend Northern RV to any one. I drove three hours North from barrie to make a purchase here. No other RV store was able to match their sale. Had no issues when asking question to receive timely and accurate answers. Thanks Northern RV we love our new PUMA.

Do not purchase a RV from these people. Customer service is horrible!! Very rude & incompetent staff! We are still awaiting parts since ours was purchased. It appears in their community the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing. We've made several calls since & always an excuse!! Ours was purchased in June and our fridge never worked. They provided a used one as a temporary fix however it was under warranty so why wasn't a new one ordered? Again an excuse. This review will likely be deleted but consumers have the right to their opinion!!!
