Thanks to Andrea, Ryan in Service, and the shuttle driver Bill for making my visit a very enjoyable experience! Everything was seamless and stress free, from booking an appointment online to drop off my car for service, being courtesy shuttled to and from work by Bill, and picking my car up. This dealership goes above and beyond to provide great customer service! Thanks North London Toyota!

Today had a big repair.... They accommodated me on a Sat. and brought a tech in to do it... Awesome job guys. Keep it up. Oh and repair took half the time.

I've been driving a Toyota for nearly 10 years now. I Decided to trade in my Camry for a new 2018 Rav4. Rick was amazingly helpful throughout the entire process. I truly felt that Rick understood our needs and had our best interest at heart. The customer service I've received after the purchase has been outstanding as well. I ran into a bit of an issue with my winter tires which was resolved promptly by Rick, Steve, and Andrea. Over the past 10 years I know how dependable a Toyota vehicle can be, the same can be said about the amazing people at North London Toyota.

Purchased a new car from Shaun Smith November 2018. Couldn't ask for a better salesman. Everything he said was bang on accurate, he wasn't pushy, and provided the best service I've ever had. Hands down recommend Shaun and the staff and North London Toyota.

I went there for my first car service. The person at the service desk named Nolan was rude and was not addressing my concerns. He was treating me as if i have come to service my car for free and he is doing a favour to me. My entire experience was bad because of the impolite service staff. The people at the main reception are good and know how to greet customers. They better teach service staff (Nolan) how to talk to customers for better customer experience.
