DO NOT service your Nissan vehicle here. I came here to get my transmission repaired under warranty. Instead of replacing the whole transmission, they decided to only replace just a part of it (valve body) with a refurbished part. Just a bit over a year later my transmission started leaking fluid. I called Dale Downie but they told me there was nothing they could do as I was JUST ONE MONTH over their 1-year repair warranty So I took it to another Nissan dealership to get it serviced. They took one look at my car's service history and were immediately confused why my entire transmission was NOT replaced when I FIRST took it to Dale Downie. The service manager at this other location even came out and personally told me if I brought to their service center a year ago, I would not be having this issue. He also added that dealerships gets LESS MONEY FROM WARRANTY WORKS. It doesn't take a genius to figure out that Dale Downie chose to go with an easier and cheaper alternative to get me out their shop so they can work on other more lucrative non-warranty services. If you're ok with a dealership that puts profit at the direct expense of customers then go right ahead and get your car serviced. Just don't say I didn't warn you when your car fails conveniently a month after its warranty expires.

Thank you to Jamie Neil (and Jen) for making my car buying experience so comfortable and easy! They were so helpful! Jamie really listened to the small details of what I hoped for and offered the perfect fit for ME! I had come in with a budget and they respected that and I even ended up with more than what I had hoped for! I highly recommend Dale Downie Nissan! Thank you Jamie!

Update: Its really sad and pathetic when a dealership sales manager calls you after leaving a bad review and tries to belittle you instead of trying to rectify the issue. Also, people generally leave reviews when they have a bad experience, so please dont stalk my profile and creep my other reviews to try and say I'm an unhappy person. You guys really need to learn customer service and learn to take criticism when it's justified. By the way, don't make assumptions about my credit when I never did a credit check with you guys. And if you guys pulled my credit without my authorization, I'll be reporting this to whomever I can. Honestly, forget ever coming here. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. I also added names of the sales rep I dealt with because of the follow up call. Original Review: I went to look at an SUV on their used lot, and was approached by a sales lady named Natasha. She was very nice throughout looking at the cars I was interested in and going on the test drives. Once we got inside is where things got dicey fast, and this is where people need to watch out. They are very high pressure, to the point where I'm walking away. They tend to evade talking about actual numbers and interest rates, but keep putting all the focus on the affordability of the payment. I get that some dealerships do this initially, but it took me about 5-10 minutes of persistence to finally get a break down of the numbers, which is not acceptable at all. Not to mention, after I got down to the numbers and seen some inconsistencies, she immediately went back to focusing on the payments, and kept insisting I made a deal right away, even though I told her at least 5 times that I wasn't signing the same day. I told her what I wanted in terms of financing, and vehicle trade in, but it was like talking to a brick wall almost. The manager was very friendly and wasn't nearly as pushy, but still exhibited some of the same behaviours as above. About a week later, I get a follow up call from her, asking if I was still interested in the vehicle, and that she was able to get more for my trade in. I returned her call 2 days later, asking about the numbers, and once again, she placed emphasis on the payments, and couldn't give me a break down on the numbers over the phone, or interest rates. In Summary: - If you must buy something from here, have a back bone when you come here, and DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING until you are 100% certain. Do not even do a credit check, because dealers like this do this to con you into signing a bill of sale, and although you aren't stuck until you take delivery, good luck getting your deposit back, they'll hang onto it like a hawk. - Take the paper work home and review everything before signing. If they don't allow you to do this, walk. - Do not be afraid to walk if they start to get desperate or really try to push you into signing the same day without a break down of what you're signing for. But personally, I'd stay away altogether, and I would definitely say the 1-2 star reviews are pretty much accurate.

I had been looking for a specific type of vehicle for some time... Happen to check in at DD and viewed some of their vehicles... I was fortunate there was a perfect fit at their site. Natasha was a huge help and any other dealings with other staff was absolutely amazing! Family business for sure... Shows in all their staff with the care and personal touch. Jennifer Roberts was a phenomenal person to work with also. Relentless in here help. Thanks to everyone... My family is enjoying the Pathfinder and love it!

Great experience. Blair on their sales staff was excellent to deal with. Fair prices, great customer service, could not recommend highly enough. Blair and the whole staff at Dale Downie made the car buying process a pleasure.
