They’re con artists be very careful and get cars checked out by another mechanic! They blatantly will sell u cars with mechanical issues

Oct 16, 2018
If i could give this place a 0 i would, but unfortunately i'm forced to give this poor excuse for a car dealership a 1. the owner (Bijan) & his sidekick (Ali) come across as nice guys at 1st but don't let that fool you. bought a Honda Civic from them (car was in great condition & a good price) The issue? before i bought the car realized that the A/C wasn't working. Ali calls his mechanic friend to come look at the car. friend confirms A/C compressor was no longer good & needed replacing. i paid the friend a few bucks to look at the A/C, then he left. was told by Ali that i could get a used one for $300 & they would take that same amount off of the car. i agreed to it. bought the car then called Ali's mechanic friend who told me there was no way an "acceptable" used compressor would be $300! his own friend told me this! said it would cost close to $1500+ tax, no thx. called a few places online & found a place at Allen / Sheppard area that would install a used compressor (part & labor) $600 taxes all in. thought that was more than a fair price. had the A/C installed & they did a great job blowing cold air! called Ali & asked if he would split the $300 extra that i had to pay ($150) since he took $300 off of the price. thought he would do the honorable thing & pay the $150 since he originally told me that a used compressor would be $300. told him i would show him the bill to confirm the legitimacy of the work done. he said he would not pay it since he already took $300 off & that they were already not making money from the sale of the car (sorry not my problem) i told him is risking the potential future business of a NEW customer worth $150? future service and / or buying another vehicle etc. apparently he was willing to risk it since he never responded to my phone calls or text. lesson learned. might be better to pay a bit extra & go to a well known dealer & get better treatment. for the most part no hassles. i should mention i found it was very unprofessional when both of them were bad mouthing a customer to me who had an issue with them (what a shock) of some sort. very bush league, tacky & classless. anyway this is seiko auto service in a nutshell. if i were you, i would STRONGLY advise against doing any sort of business with them unless you don't mind going through issues and / or problems at some point. i believe it's all about customer service & knowing how to deal with customers if there is ever a problem. it's not rocket science. if there is an issue, try to make your customer happy so he / she will give you repeat business & refer others. if they feel that you ignore them, unwilling to help or make them happy, it will be reflected in a review similar to this one. If you don't believe me, the review below me from Z S confirms this. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

BUYERS BEWARE: I purchased a BMW 5 Series from Ali & that is when the problems began. The SAME day, after some moderately heavy driving the car began smoking from the engine bay. I immediately pulled over & called Ali who considered the issue to be fairly inconsequential and told me to just release the radiator valve. Exactly one day later a check engine light appeared on the dashboard. After bringing it to a mechanic I was told that the catalytic converter was dead and needed to be replaced before it caused further damage to the turbochargers. I found parts that I was willing to purchase out of pocket, with the hope that Ali would install them free of charge, as a sign of good faith. Unfortunately Ali was NOT willing to help rectify this issue that was clearly present when the car was under his ownership. Also, the handsfree Bluetooth feature in the car does not and has not worked under my ownership, which I had to replace with an upgraded $600 navigation unit. Just another issue to add to the list. All of these issues are on top of the fact that after agreeing on a trade in price for my previous vehicle, writing a check AND transferring the vehicle ownership to Seiko Auto, Ali then mentioned that that my Air Conditioning was not working & that it would cost him $1000 to fix. Needless to say, I was forced to write an additional $500 to check, just to leave with the car that I had already agreed on and paid for days prior. NOT OKAY & NOT WHAT WE AGREED. All in all, DO NOT GO HERE. The issues that have come up since purchasing this car ONE WEEK AGO, have been endless & you will receive absolutely ZERO support from Ali, or anyone at Seiko Auto. If for whatever reason you are determined to purchase a car from them, BRING YOUR OWN MECHANIC. Have them inspect every single inch of the car from bumper to bumper & every mechanical system as well. Do not listen to a word they say regarding the quality and condition of the vehicle, it’s apparently meaningless. A clear “bill of health” from an outside mechanic is the only way you can be sure that what you are buying is mechanically sound and up to your standards. They will tell you the car is in perfect/excellent condition & when you find out it’s not they will not do anything to help.

bought a used car....after 2 months a minor problem appeared....I call they guy...he said come and will fix it...I went but he asked quite a bit of money for a 2 minutes job (very minor)..which he was supposed to do for free because its within warranty period of 3 months...I asked him to charge less....but suddenly another person came and he was very rude and even asked to show my wallet....I escaped by paying the money...So be careful from this place !!!!!!
