tried to buy a $50k plus car from them and they would not even let me have it inspected before paying for the car. Would not even let me put a deposit down pending the outcome of an inspection. Treated me very rude on the phone and then said we are not selling you the car and hung up the phone.

The gentleman over in the service department is very kind. Went out of his way to walk me through troubleshooting the issue myself which saved me an hour of driving to fix an issue that I could have fixed myself. Greatly appreciated and will definitely use this location as my primary garage if I have any issues!

Bryan and Paul on the service side are very friendly and helpful. If my car is getting work done they allow me to use an empty office and use the wifi. Coffee as expected I can help myself to. Good labour rate too - $99/hr.

Nothing but good things to say about this company and its mechanics. I've taken my cars there for years. As far as George is concerned, I know this shop - there is no way they would "knowingly" sell a lemon, sorry. And if there was an issue, I know they would fix it. There's more to this story than the comment belies, respectfully.

No doubt lots of good experiences with this company, but these guys knowingly sold me a lemon. In 2012 I bought a 2004 Audi TT from Gentry Lane, and only a few days after I got it home I started noticing that the transmission was skipping gears. I tried resolving it through communicating with one of their salesmen, but the company took no responsibility and, in the end, the whole experience ended up costing me upwards of $7,000 in transmission repairs. There's no way they could have not known this before selling it to me. Buyer beware!
