The staff always makes me feel at home, friendly and knowlegeable. They take my car in right away. Always checking to see if my car is up to date with its maintenance. Great recommendations-"safety first"! They service my car in detail.

I was there for oil change. I asked for synthetic oil but they used regular oil and tried to charge me synthetic oil. I figured that out by coincidence then they act as it happened by mistake. if it was the first time I would say it was a mistake but it's not. every time they try to say something but that's enough. i bought my car from Mid-Toronto Mitsubishi and I never went somewhere else. but I do not trust Mid-Toronto any more. it's my last visit and I will always tell everybody about this.

Did exactly what I asked for, a simple oil and filter change, new wiper, and put the winter tires on. Still takes too much time but has a nice little waiting room with coffee, tv and wifi. All accessible. I always get treated well there. Love Mitsubishi products. Great reliable vehicles.

Great customer service. Pleasure to deal with. Always straight to the point on what is needed.

Not happy with the sales staff! They had attitude and were very unaccommodating! Brought my RVR (with only 15k on it) which I bought from mid Toronto directly for a trade in quote (based on a promotion adverstised by the dealship) and they offered almost next to nothing for a car with low millage and in mint conditiins. They didn’t even want to negotiate a better deal. Also the wait time to talk to someone in sales was too long.
