I have never taken the time to write a review on a business before. I feel compelled to write this one. We had a very disappointing experience at Duke’s Harley. Chris Hall was extremely rude and condescending to myself and my friend . I have never been treated so poorly as a customer. This treatment was inexcusable. I hope that the owner of this establishment reads this review and will take action to ensure that no one else will ever be treated this way by Chris Hall. .

I cannot begin to tell you folks what a pleasure it has been Chris. It was like dealing strictly with family. I spoke with one of your mechanics just awhile ago and was struck with how happy he sounded on the phone, how he wanted to stay on the phone until I found the connector I had called about and his statement..."I want you to be very happy with that bike." (He apparently worked on it.). When we were parting, he again said that he hoped that I would enjoy such 'a great bike'...How personable is that? As a representative of your shop, his attitude alone* is award deserving/winning. My entire arms length experience dealing with you folks from reception on down, has been one of great pleasure. I have dealt with a number of other HD shops over my years of riding...they all could learn a few lessons from you folks. Many many thanks again. Rich

Same old Harley Dealership issues, you visit, not a sole speaks to you, looking at bikes, not a sales person to be seen, a fella starts looking a bike and they are all over him. what is it with Harley dealers and women.. you think we don't own bike, buy them or ride them ? saying that we did not speak to anyone in the clothing or accessories. When I asked about parts they did not seem over interested... took my business elsewhere.
