I went in this morning, December 6th, to have both of the batteries in my key fob’s replaced. I walk in and an escorted right to the parts department by staff who are extremely pleasant and friendly, even though they appear busy. I have both of my keys replaced, however i then come to find that i have left my debit card at home. I tell her that i will only need a moment to call someone to grab it when the gentleman who changed my batteries says “Don’t worry about it, Merry Christmas.” I will be 100% a returning customer. Most pleasant experience i’ve had anywhere. Made my day!

I was there today to have my car looked at for my low air tire pressure sensor. When I got there they said that they will look at it and if there's a nail or something wrong with the sensors or anything like that they will let me know and I will then approve to fix it or not. 2 hours went by of waiting. Finally they say that you have a nail in your tire that's was the issue but then they went ahead and patched it up without telling me or having me approved to do the job so the moral to all this is there very unprofessional they go ahead and do jobs to your car without your consent the service advisor Ryan was rude pushy and have terrible attitude they're just a bunch of crooks never again will I go there

I have never been treated so poorly from someone who works in customer service. There is a salesman named Kris who works at this location. I bought my first car, and I was so very excited. This salesman was so attentive and answered all of my questions and was really great up until I signed my name to legally purchase the car. After that, he would ignore me, look at his phone instead of looking at me when he talked to me, refused to answer any more of my questions or be in the room for more than 2 minutes with me before rushing out to make another sale. He said he would provide me with paint sticks for my car which he never did. He also stopped taking my calls. The seat heater was broken in the car which should have been fixed before I took the car but he refused to book an appointment to have it fixed. It took 7 months before this was fixed. The car was also supposed to be professionally detailed, and it was very much not cleaned at all. There was a sticky substance in the glove box which was quite gross, and he said he would have he car gone through again. Two days later I came to get the car and it was in the exact same condition as when I last saw it. He treated me so terribly awful after I bought that car he really ruined the experience for me and I will never buy another car from them again.
