We purchased a used truck camper privately (not through BGM). We had issues with the slide-out not functioning properly. Brian, Tyler, Michelle and the BGM staff took care of our slide-out, sealed our camper to keep the rain out, had our needed replacement parts in store and gave us some great advice to start our adventure. They also had wifi while we waited and a 30 amp connection so we could drive down the night before our appointment. We can't recommend them enough for their honesty, customer service and great work. We are looking forward to seeing them again in the spring when we return.

With many years of RV experience we have found a true treasure in BGM RV Centre. They are efficient, professional, & persistent. They do not give up on intermittent issues but will try every possible option. Their willingness to share experience & knowledge with those who enter is amazing [phone too!]. They set the standard that other businesses should hope to achieve!

Everyone at BGM RV Centre were extremely helpful. A tree hit our trailer and they came and got it, moved decks and a gazebo. They fixed the trailer in one week and returned it to our site and put the deck and gazebo back. and levelled the trailer. The job they did on the trailer was superb. They replaced the whole roof and the ceiling in one of the bedrooms as well as the awning. We would go back and recommend them to anyone. We give them an A+++.

Absolutely amazing service experience! Parts were ordered with a phone call, job was booked quickly, work was completed way before promised. Will recommend and return for future service. Thanks Tyler and Michelle.
