The team has been great for serving all my car's need. I was very happy with everyone. One very small thing that could have been mentioned was that my oil was very low on the dip stick reading. It was highlighted on my report so its all good. They fix another tire problem which really impressed me. Thanks.

I have dealt with SMP for 20 plus years. Always been treated good and never really an issue. I can say after the last 6 months of dealing with them, I am currently looking for a new dealership to deal with as the Sales is still great to deal with, but the service department has a lot of issues. I am hoping they fix the issues soon . I have been doubled billed not once, but twice in the same day on both my vehicles. I have paid for service only to show them before I left the lot they didn't perform what I paid for, they gave me the wrong paperwork for a different customer or refused to give me the health check paperwork for my service as I was told they no longer give that to customers and the list goes on. I am sad to give this review because they have a lot of good people there but my last 3 visits have been horrible and I can't recommend the service there, but if you are looking to buy, the sales people are all terrific.

The worst customer service I have ever received hands down. Purchasing a car and drove 2 hrs to pay for the vehicle and was told at 2pm it was to late for licensing which was not true at all and that I would have to return home with not even a bill of sale completed - I went back 2 hrs later basically demanding some sort of receipt for my payment and a bill of sale- went home with a receipt of payment and nothing more - they should be paying for my gas for a wasted trip and Simon and Chrissy need some lessons on customer service and how to be professional in a business setting.

SMP are very deceiving with their appointments. We had an appointment set up for 8:20 am for oil change and winter tires. Seems like straight forward, max 2 hour job. At 11am (almost 3 hours later) I called and was told that the car has not gone to the shop yet but will very soon. At 2pm my car was still not at the shop, at which point I was told that it was because it was not a wait in appointment. It was explained to me that those who stay and wait at the shop for their cars to be done get priority. 2 questions: why don’t they make it clear in the first place? What’s the point to even make appointments? At something like 4pm my car was finally being looked at. Not even sure when it was done as I completely gave up and arranged a vehicle for myself to run my errands, popped in at GM to pay my bill (even though at that point I felt like they owed me and not vice versa) and instructed them to leave my car in their parking lot, so that I can come back later that night to pick it up. Major inconvenience, lack of clarity, lack of communication at this dealership. Would go elsewhere if I had another option in Stratford.

I fell you abused my generosity. The appointment was made for Thursday a 1.00. You did not get it finished, you phoned and said that you would finish the car in the morning. SURPRISE NO PHONE CALL. I phoned at 4.00, you phoned back at 4.30 to say it was done. My question is did you just do tire exchange, and try to bill me for a multi point inspection, I don't think so Seems to be a little crooked!
