Tom has now helped me out with several of my vehicles, and also some for friends. He is a pleasure to deal with and has been more than fair to me with his pricing. I can highly recommend him.

Tom is a great and attentive salesman. Does a great job of not only hunting down the car you want but also recommending alternatives you might not have thought of. Highly recommend enlisting his services if you need to purchase a vehicle.

Worst place to buy and deal with. Bought a SUV in February with an extended warranty, had lights in dash turn on in June contacted and brought over and was told absolutely will take care of and get you in a vehicle so your not stranded.... Well that never happened as everytime I called or tried to contact about appt was told on other line waiting for auction to end or the dealership is booking 3 months as so busy... Long story short Tom never ever contacted me back and was left stranded with a vehicle I couldn't drive. Needless to he has a bad reputation for selling bad vehicles. Save your money shop elsewhere!!

Great place to work with! Got a great car at a good deal!

Tom was very quick to respond in the evening when I made an inquiry about a truck he had for posted. We went back and forth 3 times, I sent him a picture of my 2015 truck and the window sticker. He asked me what I thought the difference would be and I told him (book on my truck is between $31K and $34K so I suggested $26K on trade), and I told him that I thought his asking price was fair. And then the airwaves went dead. If you do not want my trade, or if you don't think my numbers leave room for you to make the margin you need, no trouble. I can give a 5 star review to a dealer I did not make a deal with, I just think we can treat each other with respect even if there is not a deal to be made. I was crystal clear with Tom that if he thought there was room for a deal I wanted to come up and discuss it. No response. Off to Stouffville Toyota....
