Do not by a vehicle from here. they may not be safe. I purchased a 2000 Acura TL-s with 260 000km on it for $3000 for one of my employees. I was told at time of purchase it was a "good solid vehicle" & I would have very few problems with a yrs warranty within reason. I asked the mechanic if I should get it Known rust control n his response was no it was a waste of money Hmmmm. So I pay for vehicle in full in CASH n take it back to my property test driving of course before hand n it did seem pretty good. Then because my employee wasn't able to get his license for another 15 MONTHS the Acura sat outside on a paved driveway. Finally the day of recking was upon me as employee almost has license in hand time to get the Acura going. Oh n this vehicle was fully safetied n road ready according to the owner & mechanic 15 mos ago. And I was told it wouldn't need a safety again at time of registration etc. So I put a battery in it $100 understandable. Car had 3 flat tires when I bought mechanic told me "they are aluminum rims needs to be driven to seal up"! Ya right still 3 flat tires n they REFUSED to do anything with the tires. Then all of a sudden no brakes whatsoever.so the mechanism like I'll drive it back to the shop with no brakes put it up on the hoist n take a look. Leaking everywhere friggin disaster. Then all of a sudden the gas tank is leaking n need replacement. The mechanic is like oh I can't fix that too much of a job n would cost $3000 to fix. Wow what a gem. So I'm like screw this fine I'll tow it to a real shop not a turd polishing outfit. So other shop gets it up on the hoist n I find out it needs $7500 to certify. Broken subframe. All brakes n brake lines done. Needs four tires n wheels n all suspension. So I cut my losses n scrap it for $300 - $100 for safety n take brand new battery out of it. Don't shop here. Absolutely brutal n dangerous. None of those vehicles should be on the road they are all death traps. Owner is a snake oil salesman with no ethics. Stay away. Run away. Go to a reputable used car business like Mike Jackson in collingwood.
