I just wanted everyone to be able to see my experience and then they can make their own informed decision, on this car dealership/mechanic shop for used cars. I started shopping around for a car, and found my 2011 dodge caravan through the owner/co-owner Kelly . Everything seemed to be going smoothly, She told us their would be newer used tires put on, the windshield would be replaced . We picked up the vehicle in July 2018, the engine light was on, she told me it was probably due to the gas cap and would go off, it came with a warranty from lubrico.I week and 2 later the engine light did not go off, and the low tire pressure came on, as well when it rained the windshield leaked by the mirror down through onto the dashboard where the steering wheel was. I gave her a call end of July to schedule to bring it in, at that time after filling up my tank , and tire ( passenger back tire )half way driving down the road the light for the engine and tire pressure light went off , but I brought it in to be serviced for the windshield . After some time in August I contacted her again, because the windshield still leaked and the engine light came back on, she told me I'd have to bring it in while the engine light was on so they could check it on the computer, and they would fix the windshield again, also to take a look at the tire. I brought it in September , they put globs - big eye sore) , they determined the engine light needed further testing with a smoke test to see where a leak was, and at that time they would take a look at the tire that kept needed filling. Brought it in again September/October to have the smoke test and tire fixing. They said the smoke test revealed the gas cap needed to be replaced but that was the only place it was leaking, and it was pouring out the cap , tire had a small leak and they could patch it when I go back (AGAIN) to have the gas cap ordered in because they didn't have one to replaced and fit mine. Now keep in mind I live 45 mins each way to get there and back so this is really a waste of time, and money on gas going back and forth .So I bring it back in to have the gas cap replaced, and tire fixed, the Daughter Sidney comes and tells me that the mechanic dented the bottom part of my door!!!!, and it's a large noticeable dent from the hoist, and they would order a new door to replace it, the gas cap was in, and tire patched. I came back 1 week later to have the door replaced and explained to her on the phone that i was very upset that this happened and I'm having all these troubles, and I've only had the van since July so it's very frustrating. She says I should talk to her dad ( Todd the owner) about it as he would be able to deal with the situation. Having talked to Todd several times unfortunatly I can safely say based off my experience on how he talked to me, I have to say he talked down to me, was very aggressive, condescending considering it was his fault my door got wrecked ( his business so he has to take responsibility for his employee's actions) . I didn't want to see him in person as I was afraid of what he might do or say so I had my husband take the van in and deal with the situation. Todd was friendly apologetic and did not talk to my husband in the same manner he talked to me!! we were told a new door was on ( was not new- diff year), tire was ok (popped last week), and the engine light did not come back on. Fast forward to today December 13th, 2013 , I go to get my first oil change as it was due and I take it jiffy lube for a quick oil change. They inform me, they cannot safely perform an oil change because my oil pan was so rusted and the cap was pinched too hard with grips by whoever did my oil change last ( right choice) . I had to leave and take it to a mechanic $363.72 + $400 for new tires because they are totally bald , And this egomanic Todd calls me threatening me and bullying me , told me tires need to be changed every 10,000kms which was laughable, said he would pay me back, went back on his offer based on a FB review I never wrote, he's super aggressive, beware
