I needed to be somewhere, so I had no choice but to let him take advantage. I paid 433.00 for a 130.00 part with two hours of labor about 137.00, so it was 600, and I saw him cross out and raise the price. You can look online and see the part is not expensive. I worked with Goodyear many years in Indiana, but that won't be the case here. I had my best friends heart surgery to get to so he knew I had to pay what he charged.

They got me back on the road today. I knew they were taking advantage of me but said nothing. I had to be in Cleveland on Wednesday for my best friend's heart surgery and was afraid I couldn't find anyone on New Year's Eve. I won't go back but would have had he just given me a fair price. It was a wheel bearing for 600.00. You can be the judge. 😓

The owner was the rudest business man I have ever dealt with. Called to price out 2 tires for my wife's car and he told me he wouldnt give me a price unless I bought all four tires at an outrageous price. Got really ignorant with me then screamed when I said no thank you then hung the phone up on me. This man should not be in business. If I could put down negative 5 stars I would. Very upset with this business.

If I could zero stars I would. The owner of the shop is very unprofessional, got really ignorant with me because I got to the shop at noon, even called on the way up, I live any hour away, the shop closes at 2. He said I didn't give him time to do the repairs. I had a starter put on 2 months before and my car wouldn't start. There was a lifeline Warranty on the starter so he wasn't going to be paid for the job. Instead of saying don't come up we won't have time to do it he waited until i got all the way up there. Then when my husband called and told him to just give me the starter and we would get someone else to do it he ran his mouth about my husband being a POS, needed to grow up etc. Very disrespectful. Needless to say we paid to have it put on by a very professional guy. I then brought the old starter back to the shop and asked where I could order it the next time because I would not being doing business with him anymore. He said through him and refused to give me information. I also told him he was disrespectful and should not treat clients the way he did/was, his response was to tell me to leave his shop and cursed at me as I was leaving.
