My wife and I had some problems with our brand new RV. Our side door electronic auto step slipped out and was stuck. We were travelling cross country from Alberta to Newfoundland. The manufacturer advised us to go to an RV dealer to see if they can help. We went to this dealership and what an awesome staff they have there. They were kind and very helpful. The warranty dept from the manufacturer communicated with the service dept and they fixed the problematic step temporarily so the we were able to travel safely until we got to them in Kitchener, ON. The staff were kind, helpful and lovely people. The service staff are skillful and knew what what they were doing. Oh, we need to make a mention to a beautiful canine, Maggie too. Thank you Johnson’s RV, keep up the excellent service and god bless you all. Wishing you all the very best, always.

Johnson’s RV saved the day for us! We were at the start of a month-long trip across Canada and started having trouble with our electric brakes. We called Johnson’s and they graciously fit us in. Jeff, the service person, immediately diagnosed our problem and installed a new brake controller. It was clear he was knowledgeable and experienced. Bob, the customer service person, was great to deal with -friendly and helpful. We left them with a brake system that worked well and new confidence for a smooth trip. We highly recommend Johnson’s RV and are very grateful for their assistance!

We can't thank Bob, Tammy and Wayne enough for their outstanding customer service. We had a list of items needing fixed or looked at for our hybrid trailer. They replaced our thermostat which helped us to stay toasty warm. They also educated us on other items we didn't need fixing which saved us some money. They did all this in record time. We got to Restoule PP before it was dark which was so appreciated. We would highly recommend Johnson's RV for honest work at reasonable rates. The Flannery's

I was traveling x Canada with a newly acquired Pop up tent trailer. And when we got to Marathon Ontario on Day Six of our travels we discovered that we had lost our Pop. So we had to abandon the very nice looking camp ground in Marathon and go to a hotel. 2 hours of travel later we found a spot in Wawa. Crazy expensive for the five of us. Nice though but $300 for 8 hours of use of a room is a bit much. I was searching the web at about 3am, and found 3 spots in Sault Sainte Marie that sell RV’s I chose the middle on as it had 5 star reviews. I thought that’s a great start let’s see if they can help. I called them when I awoke the next morning and booked us in to replace our pop. We arrived shortly after one in the afternoon. They were very quick to get in there and fix it up. Thanks to Bob for answering the ph, setting up the appointment. Thanks to the guys who did the lions share of the work to get us back on the road. The lifting, crawling, sweating. In such a tight space is never fun especially not in 29deg heat. We have nothing but praise your 5 stars are well earned, I’ll not be the one to tarnish that record. Thanks for letting me be apart of the operation so I could learn how to fix it if it ever happens again. It’s was a good lesson.
