Came here to get a small repair and waited half an hour to be told they will have to order the part and will call me when its in. Ive been waiting for months to get my hood repaired for rust bubbles. Matt in the service department is awesome though!! He seems to really care about his customers, the rest not so much

The Engine Control Module (ECM) in my truck was broken. New, they cost $1700 but Leamington Chrysler couldn't get one. Therefore I bought one used but certified. I asked Leamington Chrysler if they would install it for me and program it for me. The service person at the dealership without taking a breath said yes an quoted me a price. Anyway, I pick it up and pay them go out to drive it away and the engine light is still on. I go back in and ask why is the engine light still on. The service person tells me how should we know? I said how can I be sure you programmed it right, he responded we did and then the circle argument began. He told me if I wanted to find out what the light was I would have to pay $155 to have them hook up the computer. I Told him you just had it on the computer which he said the guy just ran the computer long enough to check and see if the ECM was programmed right, then stopped so he wouldn't have seen what the other problems were. So I am suppose to pay with confidence and just trust it works. Really??? To top it off when I showed up today they informed me of an air bag recall since 2016 on my truck but I had my truck in for service in 2017 for front end work so they let me drive it around with a faulty air bag for an extra year or so.

We purchased a truck today from salesman kevin stubbert. Best experience that my husband ever had buying a vehicle. No sales pressure, and he made the experience easy and stress free. (Bill) wants to make sure you know how great it was to purchase from you today. Thank you!

I’m sorry but I can’t support a salesman like Justin lamframboise who thinks it’s funny to rub in on social media that someone’s brother recently passed away. Makes you really think where a persons morals really stand. Especially as a salesperson.
