Our family has had dealings with Patterson for over 15 years. You will not find a better dealer that treats you like their own family member with honesty and integrity anywhere. Excellent service department. Try them and see for yourself. I have a Jeep dealer two minutes from my home but I gladly drive the 30 minutes to get work done at Patterson.

Great place to go to buy a new vehicle. Jacen was fantastic to deal with and the rest of the staff is very friendly and helpful. Just be prepared to talk, small town dealership, small town values and relationship. Definitely the way to go.

Only dealt with this place a couple of times, not really impressed. Seems to me a place that Sells so many automobiles in a small town would be more interested in service to the public, and not just a quick buck. Anything I ever asked about had to be special ordered, and forget about getting quick service for your car. I had more luck with dealers in Niagara Falls or St Catharines. Example; I received a recall notice for my Dodge, and couldn't get service at all, plenty of excuses but nothing more. Called out of town, and hade what I needed in a few days. Lesson learned. Will only use this place as a last resort.
