If you want the least expensive place in town, this is not the place for you. If you want a mechanic who shows pride in his work and will try their best to fix your car, Fastlane is a wonderful place. They do tend to replace parts before calling you. I suspect that is because it takes time to take my car apart and it makes no sense to have my car just hanging there waiting for me to approve of replacing a part. They do have other customers and other cars to fix. You should communicate when you drop your car off if you have limited funds or if you just want to have your car looked at and not fixed. I took my car in for oil changes and I have also taken my car in for a oil leak and problems with the breaks. I have always told them that if it is over X amount call me first because I may not be able to pay for it. They always called me first.

Sue, Stewart and Marty are true professionals. They know the business and are honest and caring. I have no hesitation bringing one of my 5 cars to them. A big thumbs up. 👍

If i could give zero stars I would. RUDEST SECRETARY IMAGINABLE. These people are a complete joke and clearly do not value their customers. My family and I have been going there for a couple years now. They recently just fixed my moms car without telling her what was wrong with it or that they were going to put the part in and expect her to pay. Now we are out 500 dollars and her car is still NOT fixed. We told them the issue and took It right back, and they tried to charge her again for looking at It!!! They do not think It is their issue when the problem did not occur until after they worked on It. Unbelieveable, not only did I speak my mind about the issue, the secretary called my mother to tell her that i yelled at her and that I was no longer allowed there (a public place). She was scared of a 20 year old defending her mother against their TERRIBLE service. Never trust your car here!!! Ever.

HANDS DOWN THE worst mechanic shop/dealer in WNY. They are a complete scam artists. Only shop I know that diagnoses a vehicle and decided to fix it regardless of the costs WHILE NOT EVEN Calling the customer first to verify it is okay to do. Stay away from this place they take advantage of everyone.
