AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP. I got a Jeep Patriot from here. I bought the full warranty car protection plus for 1,300 and the vehicle has given me multiple problems I contacted the warranty company to make claim and they said car next ride auto never sent paperwork . When they finally sent my account to cars protection plus they denied my warranty because a “known issues” I have no warranty even tho I paid. My car has been stopping on me and I can’t even get in contact with next ride auto NEVER open and never answers phone. Can’t use my warranty or get my refund. GO TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP

DO NOT get your next vehicle here I bought a truck from them two years ago and it has been nothing but trouble since. Altogether I have put in about 4k worth of repairs with no end in sight. The owner is a good salesman and could sell anything. but, I truly urge you to take your business elsewhere and save yourself the hassle. The only real thing I remember him saying is contact him before you put anything on a review. Now I see why. Edit: next ride, unfortunately I did come to you to have the problems fixed. The problems were that the front left brake was rubbing against itself causing a screeching sound and black dust to accumulate all along the tire (you and your mechanic checked it out and told me nothing was wrong and that you couldn’t hear the screech), next was the fog light (again on the front left side), and then the fact that you guys told me you fixed the issue with my automatic lights working (when turned to auto they wouldn’t come on), day two of owning the vehicle the battery was dead and I had to get it towed to your shop (I do give you credit in that you replaced the battery). All in all the last two issues were easy to overlook from my perspective, and yes the majority of the fault is in my hands. I was young and just wanted a truck and thought I could trust you. However this review is just to show those like me that they should take their business else where because as far as I can tell you buy vehicles from auction patch them up to become “road worthy” and then sell them to the next guy and go about your business. I left the review two years later because I was tired of drowning money into the truck and wanted others to know my frustrations with the product you sold me.

After going to every new/used dealership within the county I ended up where I first started. Next Ride Auto Sales! Unlike all the other dealerships Next Ride's staff was very professional, polite, and most importantly they were trustworthy. Save yourself the hassle of dealing with shady business practices, and visit Next Ride Auto Sales!

I traded my old truck in and it took them nearly 4 months to pay my old truck off. Making a payment on 2 separate trucks while one of them sits in their lot is absolutely terrible service. I would recommend to not go through this dealership. When they are wrong and you tell them. They will make up any and all excuses as to why they haven’t done it yet.

So I was on the fence of where to purchase a vehicle for my grandmother who’s elderly, a little rough on Equipment and can’t do much to take care of it when it needs to be serviced. I had found next ride auto and told the owner what I was looking for and without hesitation he found the perfect vehicle for gram. We drove it and looked it over and test drove again and then we struck a deal and I couldn’t be any happier. Gram loves her car and loves the service they provide. Next ride literally is a full services station for any of the auto needs. If your hesitating about where to buy a vehicle from then next ride is the place for you! I thank the staff very much for everything they have done. I’m pleased to say I can’t wait for my NEXT RIDE!
