Took My Truck in and never had one call with an update the truck was done but sat in the back for days till I called. Plus I paid a lot more for poor Service. Thanks Lakeway you will never see me again or anyone that I can talk out of going.

Poor communication/ customer service and over charge on labor. My Honda Odyssey had an oil leak around the drain plug. We were staying at the KOA campground so I asked them if they had any local shop recommendations so they suggested this place. Ok, So I went off their suggestion knowing that a truck center could handle this one hour fix of drilling out the pan, retapping the hole and putting in a new plug. They told me I could wait at the shop so I did for two hours while nothing happened. I had my family there so finally they offered to give us a ride back to KOA while they fix it. A few phone calls later by me and they came and picked me up (car had been at the shop for 7 hrs). I was handed a $673 bill for 5.5 hrs labor plus parts/ oil. I told him there was no way it could've taken that long so he knocked off 120. Sure it was fixed but he saw me coming and knew I was far from home. I should've just gone straight to Honda. Please don't go here, they will definitely screw you. I'd give them a 0 star if possible. Look at the other reviews.

Went in for our motorhome since KOA nearby recommended them. The service was ok, people were reasonably nice and they indeed fixed the parking brake issue... but with a huge bill and less than expected fix. We double checked the invoice and found many labour hour charges should not be there. For example, they charged for a near full day of work for the 2nd day (close to 8 hours), whereas we had clear proof that it could only be 5 hours top (we checked into the KOA with the motorhome on that afternoon around 3pm and we have the KOA receipt for the exact check-in time, so there is no way the mechanic can work on for 8 hours). Anyway, spoke to Kevin the manager several times and lowered the bill a bit... There was also issue with fix, where the screw was forced into the adaptor with a metal wire attached and destroyed the thread. Not very responsible fix.
