I called at the end of the day yesterday explaining a problem the service department fit me in for this morning the mechanics got on the truck within a half an hour of me being there approximately 9 o'clock a.m. they were through all kinds of codes and issues goldmyer EGR valve apart to free it up it was seized knowing that I needed this truck and a new EGR valve would take a day to get I'm now rolling with the temporary fix at 3 p.m. super impressed especially with one mechanic named Bob I believe who worked through his last break to get me rolling awesome service awesome guys in the shop couldn't be any happier
