Budd’s provides the next level of service leaving most Toronto dealers in the rear view mirror. Our latest purchase (a full sized super charged Rover) was a dream. Exceptional communication, vehicle arrived early, delivered to our home, arrived exactly as ordered and our Sales Exec Nick spent 90 minutes walking us through the features. End to end this was the best buying experience we’ve ever had. Highly recommend Budd’s and will purchase again.

Have been dealing with Nick Saleh as my sales representative for a few years now. Nick is extremely professional, knowledgeable and very dedicated to what he is committed to. Should he not know the info you are looking for he does take the time to find out and come back to you. I would highly recommend Nick if you are thinking of buying/leasing your new or used car from Budd's he is just amazing.

Just got my new car a few weeks ago. Everything went exceptionally well. Delivered it to me in Toronto. Negotiated a very good lease rate, better than any dealership in Toronto. Matt Marelli, in sales, was great to deal with. Took the time to explain all the options and listen to my needs. He dove the car to me and patiently explained everything about this very high tech car. Will DEFINITELY go back there for future purchases.

I wish I could give them negative stars or zero stars!! I brought in my Range Rover for a 130K service. I mentioned them that there was a warning for low coolant. After a day, my vehicle was returned, with the only recommendations that I need winter tires. Three days after bring the vehicle home, I noticed that there was some fluid leaking from it. I called Budd's and was connected with Ryan from service. He told me to bring the vehicle in. I told him that I'll be there are 6, and that I need a rental vehicle. He told me that at 6pm, there will be a rental waiting. I get there at 6:00pm, Ryan has already left for the day, and the rental wasn't there. I had to wait for about an hour before the rental arrived. The next day, there was no phone call from Ryan or anyone in service. I called to get an update, and Ryan said that he'll have an update by 4:00pm. No call again. I called again at 4:00pm, only to find out that Ryan has left for the day. No courtesy call saying that he is leaving and another advisor is taking care of the vehicle. I asked to be transferred to service manager, Carlos. He is the rudest person I have ever encountered in the service industry. He told me that the transmission pipes of the vehicle were rotten due to wear and tear. My only question to them was that why was this not diagnosed during the service THREE days ago. So I decided to bring my vehicle back, without any work done on it. Went to see Carlos, and when I asked him about the regular service and why was this not caught then, he said that a doctor doesn't send a patient for blood test and ECG on the first visit!!! Then he said that during the regular service three days ago, they found that the coolant was a little low (I told them that) and that transmission fluid was a little low as. So they topped it without checking the cause for it. He then said that we need to pay for the diagnostic (Ryan never disclosed this to me). When I told him that I wasn't advised, he said that I signed the work order (I did not). I asked him to show me the work order, and he did. I asked him to point to my signature, and he points to a blank spot (can you imagine how ignorant he could be). So it took them a full day to diagnose the problem, and they wanted to keep my vehicle for a week to do the repairs. I took the vehicle to Grand Touring in Toronto, and they had my vehicle ready the day after.

The staff at Budd's Imported Cars were great to me. The new facility is gorgeous! Mat Marrelli was honest, professional and friendly throughout the process and a pleasure to deal with. We purchased a 2019 Range Rover Velar and it is a beautiful SUV. It’s one of the nicest vehicles I’ve ever driven. So far the fuel mileage is better than the online reviews I've seen. Treat yourself to a test drive but beware, you’ll want one if you drive a Velar. Thanks to Budd’s!!
