I shopped for a few weeks for cars. I finally found someone that was honest with what I needed & wanted. I felt comfortable especially being a woman looking for a car can be overwhelming. My salesman Yves was patient & didn’t pressure me in any way & I am very happy with my car & his service. Yves has a lot of experience with cars & I will highly recommend him.

First time buying a car in Hamilton and I highly recommend Rockcliff auto. I got a great deal on car plus a good price for trade in. Staff is very helpful and I’ve had no problems with my car. Very happy with my purchase. I would definitely buy another car there. Go see Yves and Danny if you want a reliable car!

If I could give a 0 star I would. I bought a 2009 Chevrolet Travers; the sales team was professional and showed good customer service at the point of sale. However it was all fake, because one day after I brought to their attention that the dashboard message indicated check tire level. Two of the four tires were flat, the other two need air. The check engine oil indicator also came on, that I needed an oil change, only one day after the purchase. The oil change cost was $56.00. I also asked about a cracked in the windshield, class? And was told that when it gets bigger I should bring it back to them and they will fix it. But I was told that vehicle should not have passed inspection with a cracked wind-shield. I was told that there are no warrants on oil change and just to put ail in the tire. When the time is cold, some vehicle tires loose air, and this vehicle system is very sensitive. At the point of sale, I asked why the, the engine sound so heave when the sales person turned the vehicle on. I was told it’s because the vehicle has a bigger muffler. Well, it turns out that there are holes in the muffler, huge holes. I took the vehicle into a muffler shop. When the mechanic put the vehicle up to examine it, the holes and rotten in the muffler was very prevalent. The cost for this is $169.00. This vehicle is said to have passed inspection! Do not take their word, that their vehicles are inspected, by a certified mechanic! This is specifically at the 3264 Danthforth Road location!!!!! Be Cautious! Update: Someone representing rockcliff auto contacted me because of my review. His offer was for me to take my van into a mechanic of their choosing, and the cost would be on them. But could not comment on refunding any monies I paid out of pocket weeks after my purchase. The mechanic found a number of problems, which they agreed to fix….. I am still waiting for a respond from the Danforth location where I purchase my van, as I sent them a Register Letter requesting compensation for my out of pocket payments.

I'd highly recommend Rockcliff Auto!! I just bought my first car at Rockcliff Auto and couldn't have been happier and more satisfied with the quick/reliable service and friendliness of the staff. The salesman was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles which was helpful as I don't know much about cars. I purchased a Nissan Sentra in GREAT condition, no problems, no noises, and haven't had to maintain it since. There was no hassle whatsoever and I would recommend Rockcliff to anyone looking for a used car. I cannot stress enough how wonderful the staff was to me and how easy they made me first purchase experience :)

Went there with my partner to get a car and had a good experience. Yves was very helpful and able to answer any questions we had and when it came down to financing everything went smoothly.
