I had a wonderful experience at Applewood. I was looking to purchase my first vehicle and they made it so easy and straight forward for me to find exactly what I wanted. They were very accommodating and they took their time and didn’t rush me into picking a vehicle. Specifically Nabil, he did an incredible job with helping me find what was right for me he's honest man. Great to deal with. He will treat you fair and give you the best price possible. Highly recommend you go see him for your next car purchase you won’t be disappointed.

It was an absolutely amazing car buying experience at Applewood. Interacting with a great and knowledgeable guy - Scott, made it even better. I was in and out with my first car so quickly and effortlessly!! Kudos to Scott - you made my car buying experience a delight. Ask for Scott while at Applewood!

We spent all Saturday shopping for a mid-size SUV and ended up choosing the Equinox that Sylvia showed us at Applewood. We were very impressed with the quality and features of the car but also by the professionalism and care that Sylvia and Vince showed us. This easily was the smoothest new car purchase process we’ve experienced (out of five). I highly recommend You visit Sylvia at Applewood while Researching your next vehicle purchase.

Amazing experience. Applewood really treats you well from the second you arrive until you leave. Lots of staff on hand to check you in , lots of complimentary snacks and drinks (including a free breakfast during the Christmas season I suppose),quickly performed service (oil change plus complimentary tire rotation...yes additional free services) were done in 30 minutes. The service advisor offered free advice as well and people genuinely enjoyed their jobs it seemed. Friendly staff and top notch service, 5 stars all the way. When my XT5 lease is up I wouldn’t consider anyone else.

I’m am extremely disappointed at this dealership I’ve been coming here for 6 years know and have continued to do so disputes me moving to north Brampton because of the service here. But today I was accosted by a woman with Ted hair at the discount desk located inside the dealership over a ridiculous issue. I was leaving the dealership to get my Cadillac (second I’ve purchased here in 6 years) and the discount woman ran up to me and said, in a rude manner about the fuel in the car. She said to me excuse me you didn’t fill gas in the car! I responded with miss I did put gas in the paper work had said 7 ticks so I filled to there she responded twiddly again no it was 8! I responded miss no worries just charge my card no issue and walked to my car. She began yelling at me sir you can’t leave you need to fill the gas. I said ma’am I’m busy you can charge my card no worries. She again yelled at me even louder sir you aren’t allowed to leave you need to come inside and fill out a form. I at this point was annoyed and told her miss you are not my mother do not yell at me. You have no right to treat a customer this was just charge my card. Then she again yelled at me as said you can’t f#%*#n leave. I turned to her and said miss you have no right to swear or yell at me I’m going inside to report you. She then again while telling said hi right ahead. So I said something rude back to her in the nervously distracted state I was in through this encounter. I went inside to speak to the gm I was then referred to the service manager who after a brief discussion and side of with the discount service lady (poor customer service training) he told me “if I had my car? Yeah I said yeas he said then you can leave”. I told him about the state of the rental car that someone was smoking in there and that I was allergic to smoke ( which is against the law in commercial rental vehicles) and he said I don’t care leave. If this is how you treat customers then you guys do not deserve any business this is horrible service from the service manger. You should never side with anyone in customer service while midi gating a situation, this is customer service 101. This is so sad I’m am definitely going to another dealership from now on
