Delt with the guys down at Dans Speed and Custom a few times. Were very out going and knowledgable. They knew what they were talking about and have a very experienced mechanic there. Would highly recomend these guys if you need work done or need to pick up some cool accessories.

As a customer I'm not a very happy camper. I went to Dan's Speed & Custom Ltd. at 102125 Hwy 7 Marmora and spoke to a man named Ryan there about tires for my ATV. He recommended a larger size and guaranteed they would fit. He said if they didn't fit I could return them for a smaller size. The tires didn't fit. On first inspection I found two wheel nuts that were loose. I could turn them with my fingers. (No tools required.) I told Ryan from Dan's Speed & Custom Ltd. the spacing between the tire and the tie rod ends were too close. (A paper thin spacing.) Just by putting and taking the 4 wheeler off the trailer made light rub marks on the rubber of the tie rod ends. Ryan of Dan's Speed & Custom Ltd. would not exchange the tires for a smaller size as he promised. Immediately I went to the Polaris dealership and had to purchase the one inch wheel spacer adapter to get the proper spacing. At the Polaris dealership the manager showed me two 4 wheelers that were done the same way. You should have seen the damages. The manager claims he gets a lot of repair work from Dan's Speed & Custom Ltd. shop. I don't doubt it either. While at Dan's Speed and Custom shop I observed a well trained and experienced mechanic start up an outboard motor and run it without it being in the water. I'm glad it wasn't my motor he was working on. I've been hearing a lot of horror story's about that business. Moral of this blog: If you like shawdy workmanship go ahead and shop at Dan's Speed & Custom Ltd. I'm sure you'll be just another disappointed customer they can add to their list. Reputation means everything! P.S. You know what they say: I told two people, and you told two people; and so on ; and so on... I'm glad to say I cost Dan's Speed & Custom Ltd. two sales on 2 new 4 wheelers. Those two people are now enjoying the trails on two new 4 wheelers purchased someplace else with no headaches. Happy trails boys. Unsatisfied and disgruntled customer, Dan

The tires do fit most machines but i didn't realize that the machine needed tie rod ends and ball joints, wheel bearings, so when the tires where marked up we couldn't take them back, would have been different if machine was in proper shape...when we found that out we said put spacers on machine.. that it won't hurt anything but customer refused and said that they can't put spacers on that machine...come to hear thats just what the other dealership did....As far as saying they get lots of business from us alot of places say things like that to make it sound good...we have alot of happy customers and enjoy dealing with them...also the boat motor thing they are called muffs they work just like its in water but motor can be out of water...Thanks Dan's Speed and Custom "Where the fun never ends"
