I reached out about a Ford Edge and received a response by Joe Schmidt very promptly. He arranged to bring the vehicle to me instead of me driving to the dealership which was a very nice added touch. Joe and the team were all very quick to answer any questions that I had and made the sale very easy. I highly recommend Lally Ford and thank everyone for their hard work. Keep up the good work!

Well worth the drive, fast friendly service by experienced associate. I’ve had dealings at my share of dealerships some much closer to home and I’m always impressed with the efficiency I get from Lally Ford! The other dealers it seems to take for ever to get any questions answered often get bounced around to several people or waiting to speak with someone who ends up redirecting me to someone else. I’d rather spend a few minutes longer driving then standing around waiting on someone. Great work guys!

Always great service at Lally Ford. I asked for a quote on tires on the phone. The quote was printed out and ready when I cam in to put on my winter tires. They are well organized.

Lally Ford is always a pleasure to deal with! Service Advisors are knowledgeable and thorough; any concerns I may have are always addressed. It is a bit of a drive for me to service my vehicle at Lally, and it is worth the effort!
