The work I requested on my 2018 GMC Terrain was superior and done in a timely manner. My service advisor, Kristi(?) was both knowledgeable and congenial. I would highly recommend Ray Laethem for both sales and service. Kristi is an asset to Ray Laethem.

The Ray Laethem crew made my experience flawless and painless. I was able to complete my credit application online (while at work) and was communicated with quickly. I was sent my "check list" of necessary items to complete and bring in and was able to prepare those before even stepping foot in the dealership. Special thanks to Jim Castiglione, Tom King and Betsy Crane.

I have been a loyal Cadillac customer for YEARS, but after my wonderful experience with Bob Hunwick, this dealership has a customer for life! Not only did Bob return my inquiry message very promptly, he patiently worked with me to find the right vehicle and lease payment. From the initial phone call, to picking up my new truck, I felt like "family". Bob went out of his way to show me he cared, and my experience was nothing short of perfect. I am so thankful to him, and I LOVE my new GMC truck!!

Staff very friendly and very helpful in trying to get me the best deal possible in purchasing a new car. Explained every detail to the fullest making sure I understood the contract and answered any questions that I had. Worked very diligently to deliver the vehicle on the promised date.
