This is Tiffany Lee...AGAIN...Okay, so yes this is my second review for the same vehicle purchased over two years ago! 02' Ford Expedition which I am still in love with as we speak! I am in the market for another vehicle and yes, you guessed it, I will DEFINITELY be returning to Collins!! I gave them four stars when I first purchased my truck only because of the payment system but I realized why you can't pay with a CC or DC and that is fine. I am STILL driving my Expedition and I'm making plans to go back for another vehicle. They did not put a device on my vehicle, it was 40% down of the sticker price, and communication was excellent! Tim, Dan, Sally, and Ms. Peggy we're some of thee nicest people I've ever dealt with as far as a dealership setting goes. They get your registration, plates, etc for you. You can't do better than that with a used car place. 😊😘

Terrible Company stay away at all cost 50% down which pays the amount they paid for the vehicle then thy look for any reason to pick the vehicle up and resell it on a different lot which they own . They take advantage of people with bad Credit! Stay away. This is an example of a predator. And the place a tracking device inside your vehicle. And if your 1 week late the repo so the so called 40 percent down they keep. And sale the vehicle again. People simply stay away. Buyer Beware! If your not a predatory lender you would be upfront about tracking devices. The repossession company your in with , and the fact you charge people to remove items from the vehicle once you pick it up.
