We booked a service a month before. Very polite advisor. Told the advisor of various problems. He advised may need the car in for a day. Told them needed the car for Monday for motorway driving as our sons school is in Hertfordshire. In the afternoon called for an update and had not been seen to, the excuse being that it was not just a simple service. Spoke to the manager and the car was made ready for pick up on Friday evening. Monday afternoon, the coolant light went up again despite us having paid to fix this problem. Called them to complain and nobody is available, they are all in a meeting! The receptionist was not interested to take my name or number. Call back later! No sense of pride in providing a good service.

Literally 0 communication from this garage. They did not even call me to tell me they had received my car. Called me 3 days later at 3pm to say I had to collect it the same day otherwise I would be charged for the hire vehicle. Absolutely disgusting service. Literally no consultation to start the work and I had no idea what was wrong with it. This is the only BMW garage within 10 miles of my home so no choice. They should shut this place down for the way they do things. They have not changed in 6years. Sickening.

Used to be an efficient service centre, however the customer service from past three experiences have been poor - Especialy communication. Status update of service was not provided in a timely manner, instead as a customer I had to chase for update / status of vehicle after a day. While collecting the vehicle it was identified the customer service manager did not even bother to provide additional recommendations once vehicle inspection was completed. Surely communication with customers should be a proactive approach !

My BMW 4Series was due for an Oil service. The process was quick and easy I had an appointment booked at 9am, arrived a little early was offered tea/coffee managed to get everything signed off and a courtesy car (which was very clean and brand new) by 9am. The staff were very welcoming and the car was given back to me fully valeted - can’t complain!

The whole experience was so disappointing. The customer service was awful. Upon my arrival, not one person could offer a smile. The whole dealership is Mini dominated. I had to ask if I was in the right place to have my M5 serviced. It was like BMW was the poor relation in the. I was then left hanging around , not knowing what on earth was going on. I did eventually get called to a advisor that really didn’t have any idea what was on offer on their own website. He kept having to leave me and check with god knows who. I was then given a dirty “courtesy” car. Zero mileage fuel and it was a mini! I would have been treated much better by a local garage who actually pays attention to detail. For the sort of money one spends with these dealerships you would have expected a little more for your money. To top all of this off, my vehicle service book has disappeared, I did not get my mot certificate. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I would go as far as to say find another dealership. This experience has made me question the BMW brand and will look at alternatives .
