I visited this dealership as I had wanted to buy a car, it was a fantastic experience. Our sales man Nigel was great. He was very patient and answered all of our questions. The process of buying a car was great. I would recommend and definitely go back.

Bought a second hand PHEV from them - collected it yesterday - great service throughout the process, would recommend, nice small dealership with great staff - thanks in particular to Nigel who made myself and family feel very welcome.

The service here is absolutely appalling! After taking our car to have the M.O.T. service, we were told we would hear within 2 hours of the result. After 3 hours or not hearing anything we called and eventually were told to come back to the centre. We were then told - flippantly - that we have failed the M.O.T and the repairs would be in the realm of 600-800 pounds. We were shocked as there were no obvious signs there was anything wrong with our car. We then had no choice but to leave it there over the weekend (under threat that if we drove it off the lot to go elsewhere we would be fined) until Monday, when we were given a quote of around 600 pounds. We were relieved because it was on the low end of the approximate quote we have been given the Saturday before. However, this was their intention. To quote a high number and then come in with a lower quote for the actual repairs. Something didn't feel right and eventually I took the car at my own risk to another mechanic with incredible reviews just down the road. He told me that he was shocked by this paperwork they had presented me and there was NOTHING wrong with the car. He charged me the MOT rate and nothing more and signed all our documents and we were on our way. These awful businessmen cost me an entire weekend of work as I had no car to get to where I needed to be and I shudder to think we almost paid them 600 pounds for repairs they probably wouldn't have even done. There was nothing even wrong with the car it was all lies! What's worse is they threatened me about driving the car around the corner - saying if I was caught by the police I would be fined etc. This was all intimidation tactics! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Update: I was contacted by the company after they saw my review to try and resolve things. Nothing changes the fact that we were misinformed about our car. However, I did ask if the money we paid for the M.O.T could be refunded and I got this through to my account several days later which I appreciated.

Only because its small and far less posh than larger dealers however the staff are quite friendly and make you feel at home.
