Sold a vehicle to a close friend of mine and since day one has had issues with it starting. They replaced starter twice with a used one. She took it to a mechanic to have the Balljoint done and when he went to start vehicle again wouldn’t start. Turns out terminal was broken on the battery and there was no ground. So he replaced them. She drove it for a day and then again it died and won’t start. Now they are saying they are done helping with the vehicle even though has had issues since day one because she took it elsewhere. Well she took it elsewhere because they wouldn’t pay for balljoint or fix it. Mechanic also stated that there is no way it should have passed safety and requested the list of issues fixed for safety and used car package. Glads stated they didn’t have it. The engine light had been on since day one and was a catalytic problem and they ran the codes and ignored them and are not fixing it and she is due for her sticker and it won’t pass the etest because of yet this problem as well however again they refuse to help her based on the fact they sold her a car with issues and now she’s stuck on her own with a lemon of a car and she has owned it less then two months. This place is a joke and on a personal note when I went to see about getting a vehicle they asked for a deposit to help with getting me into a vehicle and then said would be a couple days, three weeks later I hadn’t heard anything and asked for deposit back they told me would have to wait for account to cut a cheque, even though I paid with debit. So glad didn’t get involved with these guys there a bunch of jokes. Stay away from them unless you want a fresh squeezed lemon and bunch of headaches. #crooks

So I purchased a 2014 Ford Focus through Mike. He had told me that I would have my vehicle in a few days. A week and a half later I got my car. Mike had told me that they had to do some work on the front end but wouldn't disclose what work. 2 weeks later we had a nasty snow fall and discovered that Glads Auto had sold us the car with bald tires in the winter(I have 2 very small children in my car EVERY day) I text him and let him know he told me to bring the car in. Mike agreed that it needed new tires and to drop it off the next day and they would replace them. When I went back to pick up my vehicle I noticed that they put 2 new tires on instead of a set of 4. When I asked Mike about it his answer was "the two front weren't horrible, and its front wheel drive so you only need good front tires!" He tells me when I dropped off the car that they get their tires at 50$ a piece... And you couldn't put out 200$ on tires?? I let it go since its a nice car and I can replace them my self. I'm not going to lie. I owe Glad's 700$ for a down payment that I was supposed to pay. But if you can't give me tires..Not to mention my 4 year old was hospitalized 2 months ago and I post my job. Today I contacted Global Warranty because now after only 3 months of owning the car my wheel bearing is going so I wanted to see if it was covered and since Mike charged me 1500$ on my finance for coverage I might as well use it. Well when I called them they had NO record of me having warranty on a Ford Focus. They did show my 2 previous vehicles on my file(no problem). They ran Glad's and notified me that only 2 vehicles since October 2017 were registered threw Glads. They ran my vehicle VIN and advised that my car is not even in their system. When I text Mike he told me that the bearing wasn't covered anyways. Proceeded to call me a liar and a deadbeat and to loose his number. Please for your mental health do NOT buy from Glad's they are shyster's!!!!!
