Great service. I went there with out a Kia in my head, honestly, I was just checking prices and had already decided to buy a Hyundai. After 15 minutes talking to the sales team I wanted to buy from them. The warranty is great, the service I great and the honesty of the people has no equal. They give you real advice not thinking on sell you something else but in how to help you to get what you need.

Just to follow up they never apologized, never called back to reschedule the appointment after supposedly ordering parts. You really cannot get worse customer service unfortunately. Would give zero stars if I could. Made an appointment weeks in advance and when I show up had to wait to be helped by one guy while others behind the counter stood around. Then was told after waiting we didn't order the parts and have to come another time. They didn't call because they said they didn't have my number which I gave them when making the appointment. Thanks for wasting my time

Clean efficient service, polite staff our Kia was returned to us washed. This is our second Kia and we will buy a new one March 2019. Affordable, excellent warranty although we've never had an issue it's nice to know our investment is covered for the long term

My third vehicle from them. They worked with me to recover my extended warranty from my last van when it was written off. And they were accommodating with the delivery date as issues with getting the check from the insurance happened.
