I love Chevrolet, and respect the workers, please don't get me wrong. Had an appointment, they started late, the process was easy, I was being charged too much money, and it took way longer than expected. Also, get some good cars in to look at. Why does the Buick boat Lacrosse sit on 19s with no heated steering wheel? & what's with having hard Dashes in Cadillac related vehicles? Chevrolet needs to step up their game. Ford's junk quality is keeping up lately! Thanks again.

I always have a great experience here, been coming here for 11 years and my car has always felt like new after each visit. I received some excellent service from Goran today, he recommended what actually needed to be done to the car this year, took care of all emergent fixes and provided an easy breakdown of each like item (which I really appreciate!). Also everyone is super nice so it beats going anywhere else!

This is the second times that I dealing with Kiefer Robinson, my service adviser, probably only him from now on. He respects my time, does't have me to wait around every time I go. Attention to detail, like the way to treated me. Very professional service. He just goes over and beyond out of all the service advisers that I have been dealing with. This is how the Cadillac Service should be. Keep up the good work. Very nice crew as well.

The service I receive at City Buick is second to none! I have now been here a few times and the service is always great. From the service advisors Faruk and Larissa to the customer service and shuttle drivers, everyone is super friendly and helpful. I always feel like a valued customer when I bring my Cadillac in for servicing. A++ keep up the great work! I will always bring my vehicle here from now on. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealer to anyone.

I bought my 2018 Sierra at another GM dealer in the area, and they (other dealer) disappointed me when it came time to inquire about winter tires and wheels. I decided to check out City and I’m glad I did. Bob and Chris in the parts dept were super helpful. Bob ended up giving me a great price on a pre-made set of winter tires/alloy wheels that they had in stock (awesome that they had a couple sets to choose from ready to go at the dealership) and Nick and Larissa in service had them installed the same afternoon. Pressure sensors programmed, truck was washed, and tires ran very smoothly on the way home. It was the kind of experience you should have when you go to a dealer. Good job everyone!
