Bought a car from these guys, found later, engine heat shield and strut bar was stolen. Took it in 4 times for repair just to hear we'll have to take it to a mechanic. Before they said they have a mechanic, No mechanic. Just his brother with an engine reader to turn off the engine light. But no clue how to repair. If you're buying, take it to your mechanic then negotiate price.

Bought a used Toyota Venza from these guys. Good service and honest people. Mohsin was courteous enough to pick and drop me for the initial viewing.

We had an amazing experience buying our vehicle at Octane. Mohsin was extremely patient, helpful and accommodating, he went above and beyond to help us get our car at the time we needed it. The financing process was quick and easy. I would def recommend this place!

Very disappointing. I relied on the accuracy of their online description of tires they were selling. 75% tread was more like 50%, and uneven from one tire to the next. An accurate ad could have saved me a visit. If you're local, I guess still take a look, but if you're coming from any distance, buyer beware. In response to the companies post, staff from octane showed me to the back room and basement to see the tires. It seemed like the same business to me.
