I recently purchased a 2019 Honda Civic EX from Action Honda on Kingston Rd. in Scarborough. I dealt with sales person Joseph Zhang. Joseph couldn't have provided better service. I was impressed with his knowledge of the vehicle and he was able to answer all my questions - as well as point out and explain features that I was nor aware of. Joseph's after sales service is terrific. He followed up a few days after I took delivery and welcomed me back to the dealer to answer a few questions I had. Great service Joseph!! Thanks. And my new Civic is great!!

If you're looking for a no pressure, easy-going car buying experience, ask for Frankie. He won't use pushy sales tactics to force you into one of life's bigger financial investments like most others would (not a fan of this method so much that I'd rather go to 7 different dealerships to find the right person than to be harassed). In any case, if you're looking for a great car, for a great price, give Frankie a holler. He'll get you set up 100%

Would highly recommend to others...

I have recently purchased my 2018 Civic SE from Ali Talukder, Action Honda. My overall buying experience was so smooth. Dealership has very friendly staffs. As long as I buy Honda, I’ll definately come back here. Love Action Honda
