Awful, awful, awful!!!! I owned my car for several months. I was hit by a plow truck from Losinski plowing. They handled it very poorly. Told me it was my tuff luck because it is a no fault state! Thankfully it was not my fault and insurance paid for the repairs. I took it to cliff anchuetz. The day they brought it back it leaked oil!! I called them to have it checked and they charged me $40. The car didnt leak one drop of oil prior to accident but after I drove it a week had to add 3 quarts of oil!!! They told me it had nothing to do with the repairs but it didnt leak before!! The car was in the shop 1 week prior to the accident for a wheel hub and all they recommended was new brakes. NEVER said one thing about an oil leak. Mutual agreement....the car or I will never go back there!!

Great service on my 2011 Equinox. Service staff went beyond what is expected. Thank you Jamie for your efforts helping me lease a 2018 Equinox. BTW, I still own the 2011.

If I could give negative stars i would gladly! Cliff Anschuets Chevrolet of Alpena is a joke! Took my car in for service June 2018 , mind you my vehicle was in roughly a month prior for new tires. I had a small leak in a tire that i had to identify myself because the service department didn't take the time to make sure my sensors were correct at the time of my tire installation. I took my car back to the dealership for a routine oil change and so they could fix their mistake with the tire sensors. I was called early that morning informing me that one of the tires had a small leak and it would be $18 to fix ( i was not thrilled because the tires were less then a month old and supposedly under warranty) Later that day (4hours roughly) I was told that the tire was trashed and I would have to purchase new. Something seemed fishy and I took my tire to another dealership that not only fixed it for free (and would only have charged $15 to fix it) but told me that they were clearly out to scam me the tire was FINE! In addition to all of this i was hung up on my a gentleman claiming to be a manager (he was not) and was offered no help from front office management or service management. I called a week later to inform then that i was take care of with no help from them an was rushed off the phone. DO NOT EVER GO HERE UNTRUSTWORTHY, MONEY HUNGRY, CUSTOMER CLEARLY DOSE NOT MATTER!
