Great people do deal with. Very friendly, helpful and professional. Prices are competitive and service is excellent. Highly recommend purchasing an RV here.

Hugh selection of trailers. Nice store with lots of parts and upgrades to make your trailer look just like new. Great service! Thanks Bob for the great deal on our Salem 36BHBS. It's been 5yrs since we purchased it and we still love it!

Although this dealer is good I am giving them 2 stars because of the poor quality of the product they sell. Specifically the Salem brand. I have had nothing but problems with this unit from day one. Had it back for service several times only to have some of the same problems again. This unit is 3 years old now and I doubt it will last TIL it’s paid off. Tires wear on the outside. Awning motor is fried. Outside light only partly works. Paper laminate is peeling. Pocket door assembly broke. This is just to name a few items. The list is endless. If they have something else to sell you other than Salem then go for it because the dealer themselves are great.

After 2 years of researching and looking at many trailers we decided on a 2018 Hemisphere. We met the boys from Wellington Highland RV at the Kitchener RV show. Casey who works freelance for Bob Mckay really took the time to show us everything and really talk to us. And the next day we went to the office and met with Paul and Al and again the time spent with us was great. There was a bit a delay getting our new trailer as they were so busy, but they checked everything out before we took possession. Paul spent time with us going over everything and there was nothing left undone or unsaid. We were just so excited. Even Greg and Bob took some time with us last Friday. After getting it home we had a few questions and they called us back and explained what we did not understand. I can't say enough how great how everyone is there including the Al that goes trough the checking of everything to the cleaning staff. I have never posted a review before but I really felt these guys and gals deserved one and what a great experience we had

We bought our travel trailer at the Kitchener RV show a year ago. We dealt with Paul who was very nice and knowledgeable. NO pressure and answered all of our questions. We have since had it parked in a campground and have had to call them out a few occasions for different issues. I have to say that everyone I have talked to is knowledgeable and friendly, the customer service is excellent. We would not hesitate to buy or upgrade from Wellington again!
