Bought a truck from here and once I got it home found a damaged section of the cab with rust on it, trying to contact the salesman was very hard after the sale. Issue was fixed but obviously when the PDI was done they decided not to see the damage. When the the vehicle went back down the repair I asked for them to complete a recall that had been issued to the vehicle, a small cap put on the rear bumper that was missing and give the vehicle an oil change since the light was on since I had bought it and also should have been done prior to me picking the vehicle. Not one of the issues were done and all I got was an email how to clear the oil change light myself because supposedly the oil change was done but not reset. After the salesman got the sale ( Armando ) he was a totally different person. I was a very easier sale for him and was still treated poorly. I won't go back to this business. Go over the vehicle with a fine tooth comb and make sure everything is completed before you pick up your vehicle, get documentation. So glad you spent the time to respond to my review. Unfortunately you are wrong, the work that was completed was only part of the actual problems I had. There were emails sent and text messages sent of other issues I had and the only one that was fixed was the large rusted section that needed to be repaired. The best part here is that a few simple issues have caused a poor review. Taking responsibility for something and keeping customers happy is important. Maybe review the emails sent to the sales person.

Before coming into Raceway Chrysler I called in. The receptionist, Dimple, was very helpful and informative about what Raceway could offer and essentially anything else that she thought we should know. Additionally, she answered all of our questions and urged us to come in to see if we liked any of their cars. My boyfriend and I, did in fact go in later that day to look at some of their cars as we will soon be purchasing a new car. We had the chance to meet Dimple and she was just as pleasant. Having someone like Dimple as the receptionist brings such light to the environment making all the customers who walk in feel welcomed. Aside from the receptionist, the showroom itself was very clean and someone was always there to help us or answer our questions. I will be returning to get my car serviced there and hopefully will purchase a new car from them as the team was very pleasant.

Service department does not do the work at the scheduled appointment time. They do it at their convenience. NOT the convenience of the customer. I was told the appointment time is ONLY a time to drop the car off at the front desk. I spent hours waiting for a minor job. I make appointments so that i can plan my day around it, but that does not work with raceway. UPDATE: after waitng three hours I was told they did not have the parts to do the job. It was a COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME.

Mario the sales person was great! He found just the right vehicle to suit my needs. They have a huge inventory..so much to choose from. The business office and Chantelle were fantastic too. Jeremy helped me get all my papers signed and made sure I understood everything. Now my husband wants to trade in his car! Very professional A+ business. I picked a red Ram!

11/10. This place was very well to me and made me feel very welcomed. Have to say out of all the dealerships I’ve been too the girl at the front Natasha hands down the nicest person ever. Before I even said a word she greeted me in and made me feel like she had all the answers. The place was clean not a spec of dust on any car Why 2 red demons at the front? Why not ! Wish I could get them both Over all great place would recommend.
