I just bought my first brand new trailer. While I had a dealer less than an hour from me which i had spoken to on the phone. When i called Belore and spoke to Jamie i knew where i was buying. Helpful courteous and so willing to answer my questions. And after just picking up the new trailer. The service and assistance I got from everyone I interacted with was just above and beyond. I want to than you all. From the gentleman Paul who helped hook it up tested my connections and cleaned them. To Jamie who made this an effortless and most enjoyable experience. I know where my next new one is coming from. Thanks to you all.

Great trailers... great service

Jan 20, 2018
My family has bought a couple of trailers over the past many years. Trailers are nice and reliable. Unfortunately a business is not only rated on its product but also community interaction and other variables. Last night I had the experience of meeting this companies service van on the highway. Going slow and speeding up. Decided to pass it but that was a mistake. This person took offense and decide to tailgate me within 2 feet of my vehicle going 90 kilometers per hour. Anger issues reflect on business principles and apparently were expressed last night. This is not about the trailers as but community involvement and how this companies reps or service people interact within the community. Being a farmer that uses trailers to haul many animals and equipment. Will not buy again from Belore and will pass my experience on to other in my community. Unfortunately this aspect of their business is not good
