Highly Recommend! Customer service was great. They were in consistent communication with us through whole process. A detailed report including photos was received after they looked over our SUV so we could review before any work was done.

Over the top assessment complete with a photo report and colour coded urgency repairs (red, orange, green). They even threw in a wash and a ride to/from the GO station. Thank you to the team. If that wasn't enough, EAS has an over the top rewards program with roadside assistance and a cash rewards for loyalty and referrals. Seriously, just switch. We just did. Now to get them to open in Burlington.

Awesome customer service. Keeps the client informed of timing and at what stage they’re at. Was in and out quickly.

Formerly an auto tech, I can easily spot the crooks. Found one. A simple matter of a tire replacement was beyond their abilities. The shop labor is performed by minimally trained, very young staff. The tire balance was botched and the rim was scratched. The office staff was rude and uninformed on balancing procedures. I was offered deplorable body language and a very condescending tone when I brought the balancing issue to their attention. I essentially paid for a service that I didn't receive and no effort was made to correct the issue. No wonder the industry has such a terrible reputation.
