First time in new parts and sales office. Very nice. Great service, reasonable prices and knowledgeable staff. Great!

We are one our 3rd trailer. We recently got caught in a wind storm and had damage to our awning arm. It took two weeks for the part to come in. So we coordinated my appointment when the part came him. Luckily I called enough in advance as they are busy. Dropped off my trailer at 8:30am and Cody in the service department told me they would do their best to have it ready by closing. I totally get it it’s a busy place. They called me at 10 am saying they were all done. Picked it up that afternoon. Nice work Penny, Cody and to the guys in the back working! Now all you need is a play structure outside for the kids while repairs or shopping is being done.

Bought camper last fall used they never severiced bearing and didn't make it to quebec without a bearing blowing up and putting my family in danger think twice before you buy ... have pictures if anyone wants them...would have gave a -5 if I could family safety number 1 for me not for them get your camper serviced at a better place.......in response to your answer of smoke and not taking responsibility for bad service ... what the problem is that your service department just pumped grease into bearing and not at all take apart to inspect or service it to much grease into bearings is very destructive..it blows the seal and bearing ends up blowing up ....brakes out of adjustment also I have many year of mechanical background and to pay for service not delivered is frustrating...maybe take the time to check on your part instead of trying to sell extended warranties... after 800km of having a bearing so called blow up is ridiculous...anyone with mechanical background would agree ..trailer did not even hit dirt roads all hwy driving THANK YOU for response ...still out 500$ after spending 20000$ and 3days missed vacation time

The guys were able to accommodate us with our tight deadline. Very friendly, thorough and professional. Positive experience.

Nickel belt camping has been nothing but disappointing! We bought a brand new tent trailer thinking we wouldn’t have any problems, the battery had not worked from the second we had pick it up, we had brought it in and had a service guy come to fix it with still no avail after waiting 3 hours for him to show up after they said it would be a half hour. They said they would have someone come the next day but the service manager refused too have someone here by the time me and my husband had to work than also refused to send up any type of compensation for the 2 weeks without the trailer working and at the shop for a week. Very disappointing the service manager was horrible!
