We recently had major work done on my 97 Toyota Camry and an oil change on my husband's 2001 Buick. As we are on a fixed income it is important for us to keep our older vehicles running well. The Service Coordinator, Robyn arranged everything for us and the Service manager Mark made sure everything was done well. We were kept informed as to when our vehicles would be ready. The car wash was greatly appreciated at this time of year. Thank you again Midway Nissan. We will definitely bring our cars to you in the future.

I took my car in and installed 4 brand new tires. About 2 days later, the engine blew and the car was toast. The dealership told me they would 'buy back' the tires from me, since they were practically brand new. Which was a nice gesture. The issue is, I went to Nissan literally about 5 weekends in a row and they never had my check ready for me. The girl at the desk was useless as well. I went in every weekend for like a month, and every time I went in she never knew where my check was! I called and called, and was told the check was in the mail. Nothing ever came. You'd think she would take some initiative and have the check ready for me, but nothing. Not sure what to make of this. Either they were lying and never intended to re-pay me (in which case I wasted waaaaay too much time going into the store to retrieve my check) or they forgot! Needless to say I am NOT impressed and would NOT suggest this location to anyone! **** UPDATE **** Whitby Nissan contacted me and sent me the check. It took a while, but I appreciate them rectifying the situation. We all make mistakes, so I will give them a pass!

Went to see a used car. I called 3 hours before to confirm the car is available or not but as I reach there, they said it got sold in the afternoon(A lie and nice tactic to bring customers in). Then salesman starts showing me other options which definitely seemed better but were over my budget. The salesman kept pressuring me and finally I decided to test drive one of the cars. After test driving it, I said that I would let him know in one to two days if I am interested as I have to check other options and look at my finances too, hearing this the salesman starts acting rude and it felt very assertive. He wanted me to make a deposit at the same time. He literally said, "Why did you test drive the car if you need time to think?". Clearly means that customers should not test drive unless they are committing to buy it at the same time. Highly pressured sales tactics, dishonest and unprofessional talk. Not recommended. The salesman name is Michael

Great service. Took the time to explain everything about the car and payment details. Not pushy at all. Naz was very knowledgeable and patient. Would definitely recommend Naz and this dealership overall

Have asked numerous times to be removed from the client contact list for service reminders and specials. Still receiving emails and phone calls, right around dinner time of course, trying to book me in for service. Havn't been there in years and don't even live nearby anymore. If only they could lose my contact info somehow. My last visit was for a squealing noise from the engine compartment which they apparently could not diagnose or identify. Was subsequently fixed at another dealership with no problems.
