Bought a bus and told it had been thoroughly checked for safety with nothing to be done. Had to pay and additional $2400 to get the safety sticker. Still needs more work within 60 days of purchase. Don't trust these guys!!!! Now these guys are claiming to have never heard of any concerns, numerous emails and phone calls took place

If I could give them "no stars" I would!!! I took my car in to have the air conditioning repaired, the next thing I know the repair price was above $1500!!! I went in 3 times more AFTER it was repaired because it still leaked and he charged for the coolant that his repair leaked every time!! Two years later it still leaks!!!! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!! Since the German auto mechanic died a few years ago it has gone down straight to Hades!!!!

Bob and Paul and all the guys here are amazing. They are fast paced and offer the best pricing and I NEVER have to go back for something they fixed. I have dealt with so many auto shops, and backyard mechanics, from probart mazda to idiots in Komoka. No one has every treated me and my vehicles so fairly and I have even convinced my father, grandmother, and 3 friends to use Mr.Freeze. Look at my other reviews, I don't give out five stars easily, but this place is GREAT!

I've known Bob for many years as a friend. He has always been upfront and honest, and caring for people. My wife and I just purchased a beautiful used car , which is in awesome shape , and runs great! After a few test drives of the car that we decided to purchase, Bob and the boys worked diligently to present to us a car that looks great, runs great, and we are proud to drive. My wife and I are 100% satisfied For those who are looking for a down-to-earth honest Dealership, I highly recommend Mr. Freeze Auto ( The name implies the Automotive Air Conditioning side of the business, Not the way they treat people)! If you're looking for a good used vehicle, stop in and see Bob or Stan. If you want, say "Big Doug " sent me.
