We had such a great experience recently, financing our new ford escape. Everyone at superior auto was friendly yet very professional and made us feel “at home”. Zack went out of her way to put together a deal we couldn’t refuse. The staff and owner brad made it so easy to complete the deal. It is such a relaxed atmosphere with no sales pressure. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used car. Not listening to a bad review was the best decision i have ever made. 10/10 service.

“Not naming names as this is not a personal attack to anyone in particular” Complete waste of my time, if you love being spoken over and not get a word in this is the place for you! Good at wielding a shield ? No? This guy sure is as he’s a black belt in deflecting any question you have and changing the subject. Jokes aside but in all seriousness Nothing you say is correct and you’re wrong and he’s right. I’m sorry but having a car sit for a few months “in his shop” does not justify the brakes and Rotters rusting up. where is the car getting the moisture to rust to begin with if it’s inside. If it sat outside for a long period of time that is understandable just going based off what was said to me. The car in my opinion was unsafe to drive as the brakes were pulsing and slipping, and the fact that it was allowed out on a test drive in the condition it was in was totally irresponsible. Being told “just drive it around and have the rust wear down” when you can fully see the brake pads leaving streaks on the rotters indicating that either the pads are worn out or the rotters are warped. Hood was miss aligned on the car and I was told that “all fords have body alignment issues it’s not a Mercedes” I’m sorry but if I can fit an entire finger in a gap that is not normal. Please do not try and convince me otherwise I bring all theses things up because they were concerns that were quickly dismissed and pushed aside. “It can be fixed it can be adjusted” nothing is perfect I get it but we as buyers still have the right to voice those concerns. Look I get they’re trying to make a deal on a car but at the end of the day there is next to 50 cars with less mileage in better condition with no accident history for practically the same price with warranty. only reason We went there first was due to the fact it was the first car we saw and then started to shop around. As a buyer your allowed to ask question. And if you feel like you’re being rushed to make a deal/decision or uncomfortable or feel like your questions are not being answered correctly you challenge that and see what happens. I was there to ask questions and make sure the car was the right fit for the right price. But when the sales guy is questioning my reasoning of being there as I’m not the one making the purchase was amusing to say the least. Business will be brought somewhere else plain and simple. This is not an attack to belittle the establishment but for someone who has 2 cars and who has shopped around for project cars I was not very fond on how the sales rep handled the situation in some instances. Best of luck. And hope anyone else who decides to come here has a better experiences. Response: Sadly my behaviour was nothing but respectful, you just don’t like being challenged. Since we walked in and she had her heart set on it I knew it wasn’t right. I’m entitled to write a review from the experience I encountered from the establishment with the intention of buying myself a car or not. It’s totally irrelevant.

Fantastic pricing! No BS and honest... very rare in todays market! Whats up with the haters... not sure what they were smoking! This place rocks and they even rust proofed my Infiniti!

Amazing service. Cannot understand the negative reviews, I was skeptical and should not have been! Thank you for helping me get the car I wanted. Could not be happier!

Don’t waste your time with the company, it’s a scam. Tried finalizing a deal without telling me their was an accident on it and they labeled it as a “small” claim which was $5,500. Once I was stating facts about the car and mentioned how it’s overpriced and tried to compermise I was being guilt tripped by saying that he has bills to pay and a family and also CONTINUED to arugue with me. Also the owner was going on about how he has being doing tints for the past 25 years but the tints on the car were so bad I could probably do it better with my eyes closed. When I took the car for a test drive, the car wasn’t even in driveable condition. Also watch out for the “hidden fees” if they try and charge you $995.00 to certify the car, they’re scamming. Do not give your money to this charity case.
