I just finalized a sale today. I found Reza to be helpful and gracious the entire way through. The car was exactly what I wanted and the process couldn't have been smoother.

I had an amazing experience at House of Cars, the place I’ve had the pleasure to purchase and service my used Mercedes GLC300! Before, during, and after my acquisition, Saeid the sales consultant and partner at House of Cars was very personable to deal with, always available and a wealth of helpful knowledge and information. He made sure that I could contact him anytime for anything regarding my car. He was also extremely diligent during the sales process and a pleasure to deal with. His follow up after the sale was equally impressive; checking if everything was alright and if there were any follow up questions or needs that I required. I would strongly recommend House of Cars as the only used car dealership to deal with in Thornhill, or even the surrounding areas in northern Toronto. Their professional service and dedicated personal attention is what everyone needs to experience.

STAY FAR AWAY!!! LYING AND UNPROFESSIONAL! I went in to check out a Cadillac cts that was a few thousand dollars over market price. I asked saied, the salesman if there were any issues with the car, any accidents, etc. He told me the car was perfect. As I walked around I noticed the bumper was very poorly repainted so I asked him why he didn't inform me before. He told me he refinished the bumper himself. Overall, very shady business practices from the very beginning. Then when I informed the seller the car was a few thousand dollars over market price and I was expecting a really fine example, he then went and said "you wouldn't be here if this was an expensive car" I would say to keep away from this shady and condescending dealer. Edited: I'd like to highlight that I let you know of physical damage before hand but said Mechanically pristine. Please learn how to read thoroughly Second, the Cadillac was well over reasonable market value as I've shown with autotraders valuations tool. Your car is higher than the range itself so I was expecting a pristine example. Finally, you performed a respray at your own shop and decided not to disclose that. You then lied about it until I asked you the third time. Ridiculous. Thanks to your lying about the vehicle and fraudulent business practices I will be reporting you to OMVIC. Thanks and Goodluck.
