Travis was a good sales man who listened to what I wanted and did not try to pressure me in any way. He was knowledgeable and was able to help me purchase a car with ease and made my experience stress free. Overall it was an excellent experience and I would buy for Fred Grande again.

Not happy with this place at all, called in October about recall, they said they would order the parts and call me when they came in. Three months later I called and they said oh yeah we have the parts, bring it in. Well when I picked it up ,they just handed me the key and said it's out in the lot somewhere When I got in thete was no paper on the floor to protect the carpets and the steering wheel was so filthy I didn't even want to touch it. Will never go back there

BEWARE OF SERVICE DEPT. Shadiest dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Took my truck in to get major service. Was told I needed multiple parts unrelated to original issue. I authorized the repair and when I got the truck back it was leaking fluid everywhere. They told me it was now a completely separate issue and they would not stand behind it!! Took it to another Ford dealer who told me the power steering pump and high pressure line that Fred grande “replaced” were bad and needed to be replaced. So basically Fred Grande charged me for repairs But didn’t resolve anything. I wouldn’t even trust them changing my oil.

Great place to do business. Very friendly. They go out of their way to take care of you.

Couldn’t be more dissatisfied. Bought a ford certified vehicle, picked it up and the next day the change oil light was on and they claimed it was not reset but when I took it to my local mechanic he verified it was not changed and was long overdue, and within 1 month the door seal was pulling away, and the window panel fell off while driving. Both things should NEVER happen and when I confronted them on it they passed it off, then claimed to address it, and then said they couldn’t repair it because someone else did the repair and they would get in touch with them, then they got back to me saying the part was in and they wanted to schedule an appointment with the other company only to leave me waiting for over a month. I call and call not to mention the message box is full and nobody ever returns my messages. Not only have they lost a customer for life, I am contemplating contacting Ford corporate and filing a legal complaint because this dealership is not what Ford stands behind and not what I would ever spend another dollar at again.
