Great service. They saved my sled trip. Had all the parts I needed in stock & were fortunately able to get it done for me very last minute. And they did it with a smile. Couldn't of had a better experience! Thanks Rickward's!!

We stopped in here on our way to Edgewater park for a weekend of riding atv's. We pull up in a newer Dodge ram diesel pulling a large newer car trailer with a 2017 1000 scrambler, a 800 can am outlander, and a 800 can am Renagade. We stopped in to get some riding gear. My friend driveing the newer truck wants to buy a new one seater side by side rzr. So he was excited to see the one they had in the showroom.the three of us walked in and said hello to the lady behind the counter. All we got back was a hello. I asked to sit in the rzr and she was slow to say ok but said ok. I was in flip flops wearing clean clothes. 30 seconds later a man came up to see me sitting in it and instantly looked pissed off and said ”dont sit in that we are trying to keep it clean". Not a "hey guys how are you doing? How can we help you"" any questions about that machine". Something like that......you know like a normal person in customer service. Lol I work at a dealership and I would never talk to a customer like that. I could see if we were a bunch of yound punks pulling up in a 1000 dollar shitbox car but Theres over 30 grand worth of machines being towed by a 60 thousand dollar truck parked right in front of the showroom doors so they could have seen we have nice machines. My friend is seriously considering buying a one seater rzr. Sure as hell won't be from here. I normally don't leave bad reviews but the experience here was pathetic and I was shocked that a place like this does not have better customer service.

Best customer service of any dealer hands down. I recommend Rickward's to all my family and friends. I am a longtime die hard Yamaha guy but switched brands because of Rob's customer service. Excellent Service!
