Great dealer! They have a nice collection of cars... They help with financing options too. I would recommend this dealer for anyone planning to buy second hand car at a cheap price. They are honest about any accidents or damage to car. No false reports. Thanks guys.

I spoke to Sam on the phone and went to "look" at a van, but had no immediate intentions of buying anything. I'd made him aware of this once I got there, and just through conversation, made him aware that I worked on call as a plow operator. It began to snow while I was there, so I decided to cut my trip short, and stepped into his office to leave the keys, just in case I got called out. As soon as I said I needed to leave he kicked in to sales mode with a "one time deal" offer on the price if I'd leave a $500.00 deposit. I said no, and that I really had to leave, but apparently that wasn't what he wanted to hear. The next thing I know I feel like I'm being backed into a corner with his high pressure sales tactics. No matter what I said, I felt like I wasn't getting out of there without signing something, so I ended the conversation and left. Best advice if you're considering a trip there, is be prepared for the high pressure treatment. Do not sign anything if you feel the least bit uneasy. Most of all, do your research first. Car Guru is your best source of information, so take the time and shop around. FYI: I got a better deal at Octane Used Cars on Kingston Rd in West Hill. Moshin (Mike) was the polar opposite of what I experienced with Sam.

One of the worst experiences ever. My friend and I drove 150 Kms to check out some cars here. I talked with the sales guy/owner about three sedans they had on the phone, but when I reached there, he wanted me to choose only one car which he can let me test drive. He was the only person in that small sketchy and hard to find office. He was disrespectful and rude. When I was smiling about something while talking to my friend, he said are you guys serious about buying a car then why are you smiling. He doesn't want you to smile and he doesn't want you to test drive if you are not buying the car. After I decide to test drive one of the cars, he said are you guys serious about this because he doesn't want to move out the car if we are not serious. All the cars were parked in small lot which was extremely crowded. As we went on the road when I asked him if we can test it on the highway, he simply said: "there is no need for that." After driving the car for short time I can hear some sounds in the engine and brakes also not working. I tell the sales guy about this, he becomes angry and starts telling us how people waste his time and how he sold so many cars in only 2 minutes to serious customers. He said we probably haven't driven any car before so we don't know how the car engine sounds like. After that, I refused to make a deposit and greeted him as my friend and I left the office. He chases after me saying stupid things on my back, shouting and said: "I know from start, you guys give me a headache." The suspicious, careless behaviour of him and the way the office was set up never allowed me to buy a car from there because it felt that this guy would rip us off. If you want to waste your time, mood and money, I highly recommend this place.

Worst dealer Big frauds They hold your money without showing you carprooof. After that when you come to know that car has big claim above 10k then they refuse to pay your money back even you have not sign any paper.

All Possible car buyers!! Please watch out!! The 2008 RED COLOUR TOYOTA SIENNA currently he has for sale at 6990$ is a piece of junk. It has been completely rebuilt and repainted from a severe front end damage.Estimate on the car proof is over 7000$. Probably he might have bought this on auction around 1000$. A/C doesn't work because of the apparent damage to the condenser. It is a CE vehicle but has a LE back door.If you buy this junk you will have wheel alignment problems throughout the whole life of it because of the bent frame. This vehicle not even worth for about 3000$.
