Had a great experience with MB Barrieā€™s sales rep Fernando Marrone, from the moment I stepped in at Mercedes Benz Barrie to the moment I stepped out of the car I was test driving (which I bought shortly after) the customer service was world class. Would highly recommend the services of Fernando and MB Barrie to all.

Worst experience of the luxury German car dealerships in Toronto. There was no where to park when I arrived. Like literally not a single parking spot free. Then when I asked to test drive a C-Class (their most popular model) they only had one of the salesmen's dirty cars to drive. Then when I said I needed to think things over the sales manager came over to hard sell me. Such a miserable experience from start to finish. If I ever bought a Mercedes it wouldn't be here.

Mercedes-Benz has exceeded my expectations. World class customer service and a team of sales consultant that genuinely care for their client. I am a proud owner looking forward to owning many more MB. Thank you to Mercedes-Benz Midtown.

Top of the line - take your pick

May be the cars are good (not as good as they have been before), but customer service is the worst. Customer service continuously lie and do not do anything. I believe with all the hassle around owning a Mercedes, this will be my last one and definitely moving to another brand.
