I bought my car here, from Alex, coming up on a year ago. I was told the car would be in perfect working order when I picked it up. When I was told the card was ready, I arranged a ride to go pick it up as I live three hours from this dealership. When I arrived, my ride left, the car was not in fact ready. The airconditioning was not working, it was dirty among other things. Alex was on holiday so I waited for him to come back to address my issues. He was gracious and told me he would take care of it. I went back - another three hours, spent the whold day in Mississauga for them to address all the issues (they did provide a loaner car) only to drive away with my air conditioning still not working. Alex told me the part was ordered and was being mailed to me directly and that my mechanic could install the part , Alex would provide his credit card number. The part arrived, is not the problem as it turns out. He never paid my mechanic, I still have no air conditioning and now he won't return my calls or texts. I would have happily recommended this place on my initial impression but now can only say I feel swindled and disappointed - and hot, really would like the air conditioning fixed. At least please return my mechanics calls...... Jennifer Green
